A Family. A Plantation. A Standard.
Four generations of cultivation heritage from the Western Ghats, now engineered for the world's most demanding food safety markets.
150+
DIRECTLY PARTNERED PLANTATIONS ACROSS SOUTHERN INDIA
Our sourcing network is not a directory of suppliers. It is an active, operational network of over 150 plantation families across the Western Ghats and Southern India, relationships built across four generations, in which Sylviq is directly involved in agronomic advisory, input management, and sustainable farming practice. We do not source from open markets. We do not aggregate from unknown origin. Every spice we export is traceable to a named plantation within this network.
1954
PLANTATION ESTABLISHED
First land cultivated in the Western Ghats. The founding generation begins a 70-year cultivation legacy.
1970s
SECOND GENERATION
Cultivation expands across Idukki and central part, deepening roots in Kerala's premium highland spice districts.
1990s
THIRD GENERATION
Domestic supply network grows to serve India's home market, the world's largest spice-consuming economy.
2026
SYLVIQ FOUNDED
The fourth generation takes the family's supply knowledge global, combined with scientific detoxification technology and built for institutional B2B markets.
THIRD GENERATION
Owned Land, Not Aggregated Supply
Every batch originates from within our direct plantation network. We do not purchase from mandis, brokers, or open-market aggregators. When a buyer asks where their spice came from, we can name the plantation, the harvest date, and the farmer who grew it.
Science as a Commercial Asset
Our scientific detoxification process is not a compliance checkbox, it is the structural reason institutional buyers can rely on every Sylviq shipment. We developed this process internally, from plantation-level observation, across a decade of fourth-generation research.
Built for Institutional Buyers
Sylviq was designed from day one for food manufacturers, distributors, and HORECA procurement teams, not retail. Our documentation packs, CIF delivery terms, and lab reporting framework are built around what institutional buyers actually need.
"Four generations taught us what a spice should smell like, taste like, and be. Science taught us how to prove it to the world."
