Privacy policy
This website is operated by Van Rasoi by Sylviq, Kerala, India. We collect only the information you choose to send us through our forms or by email: typically your name, email address, phone number, delivery PIN code and the details of your message or order request.
We use this information only to respond to you, to process order requests and, if you sign up, to send our occasional newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email or through a form-processing service acting on our behalf.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from our newsletter, at any time by writing to info@sylviqfoods.com.
Terms of use
The content on this website, including text, images, packaging designs and logos, belongs to Van Rasoi by Sylviq and may not be reused without permission.
We work to keep product information accurate. Product descriptions, grades and specifications describe our standard products; results for an individual batch are given in its Batch Passport record or laboratory report. Kitchen and storage tips are general guidance.
Orders & payment
When you place an order on this website, no payment is taken on the site. We will contact you by WhatsApp or email to confirm availability, the total including any delivery charge, the expected delivery date and the payment method before your order is accepted. Prices shown are in Indian rupees and include all taxes.
Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver within India. Delivery charges and the expected delivery time for your PIN code are confirmed with you before payment. Once your order is dispatched we will share the courier and tracking details.
Returns, replacements & refunds
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened packs, or of unopened packs for a change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, incorrect or short, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sylviqfoods.com, with your order details, the batch code and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, as you prefer.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Grievance officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
